The airport authorities received the plane by imitating water spraying, which is the international procedure followed when the first flights arrive, and a public relations team at the airport received the passengers, welcoming their arrival to Egypt and providing all the necessary facilities to complete their arrival procedures.

The Egyptian General Authority for Tourism Promotion is cooperating with the English tour operator Easyjet Holidays, as it is considered one of the most important tour operators in the English tourist market and is affiliated with the airline Easyjet Airlines. A joint promotional campaign was launched during the period from April to December 2023 to promote various Egyptian tourist destinations, including advertisements on the company's various social media platforms, as well as the most important and famous tourism magazines, it also includes a number of advertisements with a number of tourism agents in the United Kingdom.

The flight is scheduled to take off from Sphinx International Airport with 133 passengers on board, heading to London.

EasyJet will operate 3 regular flights per week until the end of the current winter season on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, in addition to 3 other Wizz Air flights from the British capital, London, to Sphinx International Airport on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

It is worth noting that Sphinx International Airport witnessed the operation of a number of regular and non-scheduled flights for airlines from various parts of the world, and witnessed activity and a noticeable increase in air traffic and growing rates of increase in the number of passengers and aircraft, which reflects the importance of the airport in attracting tourist, economic and commercial traffic to the Republic of Egypt.
