Egypt allows 74 nationalities around the world to obtain a tourist visa electronically As part of the efforts made by the Egyptian state to push more tourist movement to Egypt by facilitating the procedures for obtaining a tourist visa, 28 new nationalities have been added to the 46 nationalities covered by the system for obtaining a tourist visa electronically, bringing the total number of nationalities that can obtain a tourist visa ,Obtaining a visa electronically 74 nationalities around the world .
For her part, Ms. Ghada Shalaby, Deputy Minister of Tourism and Antiquities for Tourism Affairs, indicated that the modernization of this system came in conjunction with the passing of a year since Egypt resumed the incoming tourism movement since July 1, 2020, pointing out that this update will contribute to encouraging many tourists of Diff nationalities to visit Egypt .
She explained that the portal for obtaining a tourist visa electronically is supported in 8 languages, and it also allows answering the various inquiries of tourists, with the availability of the secure electronic payment feature to pay the value of the tourist visa, which is 25 US dollars for one trip or 60 US dollars for multiple trips, as the visa is issued in A maximum of 7 days .
The Deputy Minister for Tourism Affairs added that these measures are expected to have a positive impact in increasing the incoming tourist movement to Egypt, noting that the tourist can obtain an electronic visa through the following link:
